This past fall, I and other pastors in Harvest Bible Fellowship had the privilege and opportunity to train a class of 40 pastors from around the world, preparing them to plant, or in a few instances replant, Christ-exalting Harvest churches over the next year.

A few weeks ago, on their final day in our Harvest Training Center, I had some time with nearly all of these pastors to answer a question about a ministry matter that had resonated with them during their training here. In the hope that these brief conversations will be of benefit to you also, we’ll post the resulting Q&A clips several at a time over the next few months.
